When is payment due?

Payment is collected at the start of the session. All payments will be made electronically using credit or debit cards.

Do you accept insurance?

​

At this time I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar health and United Healthcare. I also accept payments using a health savings or flexible spending account. If there is a financial need, we can discuss a discounted rate for sessions at a sliding scale based on household income.

Will the information discussed during my therapy session be shared with anyone?

Information discussed in the therapy session will not be shared with anyone unless the client makes a written request to share with a third party, the client is in danger of harm or the client has expressed intent to harm another individual.

What should I expect during my counseling session?

​

During your 50 minute session, you should expect to describe your current situation and your feelings about it. You will then collaborate with me to resolve that problem so that you can move closer to having the life you wish to have. Sessions are relaxed in nature and intended to provide the opportunity to release and unpack feelings in a nonjudgmental space.
